Check your current plan
Your plan widget at the bottom of the sidebar shows your current plan and video usage.
How to upgrade
- Click Billing in the sidebar.
- Pick the plan you want and click the upgrade button.
- You'll be redirected to Stripe checkout to enter your payment details and confirm.
Your new plan takes effect right away.
How to manage your payment method
- Click Billing in the sidebar.
- Click Billing portal in the manage subscription panel.
- This opens the Stripe billing portal where you can update your card, change your billing email, or download invoices.
How to downgrade or cancel
- Click Billing in the sidebar.
- Click Billing portal in the manage subscription panel.
- In the billing portal, click Change Plan to downgrade or Cancel Subscription to cancel.
If you downgrade, you'll keep your current plan's features until the end of your billing cycle. After that, you'll switch to the lower plan.
If you cancel, your account reverts to the Free plan at the end of your billing cycle. Your videos and data stay in your account — nothing gets deleted.
