Your First Campaign

Create a campaign to send personalized videos to a list of prospects at scale.

Campaigns let you send personalized videos to a list of prospects. Instead of recording one-off videos, you load a list, generate AI scripts for each person, and then work through them on LinkedIn with the Chrome extension.

What you'll need

  • A Vidgram account with the Chrome extension installed
  • A list of prospects (as a CSV file or imported from your CRM)

Step 1: Create a campaign

  1. Open Campaigns from the sidebar.
  2. Click New Campaign.
  3. Give it a name (e.g., "Q2 Enterprise Outreach").

Step 2: Add prospects

You have two options:

  • Upload a CSV: Include columns for name, company, title, and LinkedIn URL. Vidgram maps the columns automatically.
  • Import from CRM: If you've connected Salesforce or HubSpot, click Import from Salesforce or Import from HubSpot and pick the records you want. See the Integrations section for setup.

You can import up to 200 prospects at a time. Vidgram deduplicates automatically -- if a prospect is already in the campaign, they won't be added twice.

Prospects without a LinkedIn URL are marked as "incomplete." You'll need to add the URL before you can record a video for them.

Step 3: Generate scripts

Once your prospects are loaded, Vidgram's AI writes a personalized script for each one. The scripts reference real details from the prospect's LinkedIn profile -- their role, company, recent posts, or other public information.

You can review and edit any script before recording.

Step 4: Record and send on LinkedIn

  1. Open LinkedIn in Chrome.
  2. Visit a prospect's profile from your campaign list.
  3. The Vidgram Chrome extension shows the personalized script for that prospect.
  4. Record your video using the extension.
  5. Send it as a LinkedIn message.

Work through your list one prospect at a time. The campaign tracks your progress so you can pick up where you left off.
