Once a campaign is created with prospects and scripts, it's time for reps to start sending. Here's how the day-to-day flow works.
The campaign workflow
Working a campaign doesn't require you to open any special screen or queue. You work it as part of your normal LinkedIn browsing.
Step 1: Visit a prospect's LinkedIn profile
Open LinkedIn and go to a prospect's profile page -- either by searching, browsing your feed, or clicking from Sales Navigator.
Step 2: The extension checks for a campaign match
When you land on a LinkedIn profile, the Vidgram extension automatically checks if this person is in any of your active campaigns. This happens in the background. You don't need to do anything.
Step 3: See the pre-generated script
If the prospect matches a campaign, the extension shows the script that was generated for them. The script is personalized with details from their profile -- their name, title, company, and relevant pain points based on your messaging setup.
You can review and edit the script before recording. If you want to tweak the wording or add something specific you noticed on their profile, go ahead.

Step 4: Record and send
Record your video using either your laptop webcam or phone (see Recording a Video for details). Then send it using your preferred delivery method.
Step 5: Campaign progress updates automatically
After you send the video, the campaign marks that prospect as completed. You don't need to go back to the web app to check anything off. The progress counter on the campaign page updates on its own.
What if a prospect isn't in a campaign?
If the person whose profile you're visiting isn't in any active campaign, the extension works normally. It detects their profile information and generates a fresh script on the spot. You can still record and send -- it just won't be tied to a campaign.
Tips for working campaigns efficiently
- Block time for campaign outreach. Set aside 30-60 minutes and work through profiles one by one. The script is already written -- you just need to record and send.
- Don't read the script word for word. Use it as a guide. The best videos sound natural, not rehearsed.
- Add a personal touch. If you see something on the prospect's profile that's relevant -- a recent post, a job change, a shared connection -- mention it. The script gives you the foundation; you bring the human element.
- Track your pace. Check your dashboard to see how many videos you've sent this week. Most top performers send 10-20 per day.
Viewing campaign progress
To see how the campaign is going overall:
- Open the Vidgram web app.
- Go to Campaigns in the sidebar.
- Click the campaign name.
- You'll see the total prospect count, how many have been contacted, and the status of each individual prospect.
Your dashboard also shows a summary of active campaigns with sent/total counts and a status badge (ACTIVE or COMPLETED).
