Understanding the Dashboard

Learn what each metric on your dashboard means and how to use them to improve your outreach.

Your dashboard is the first thing you see when you log in. It gives you a snapshot of how your video outreach is performing across your team.

The six summary stats

At the top of the dashboard, you'll find six cards:

  • Sent This Week -- The number of videos your team sent in the last seven days. Use this to check if you're hitting your weekly outreach target.
  • Sent This Month -- Same count, but for the current calendar month. Good for tracking against monthly quotas.
  • Prospects Reached -- The total number of unique prospects who received a video. If this number is much lower than your send count, you may be sending multiple videos to the same people.
  • Avg Watch % -- The average percentage of video watched across all views. This number turns green when it's 50% or above. If it's low, your videos might be too long or your opening isn't grabbing attention fast enough.
  • Replies -- How many prospects replied after watching your video. This is the stat that ties video outreach directly to pipeline.
  • Meetings -- Meetings booked from video outreach. The number that matters most to your manager.

Delivery breakdown

Below the stats, the left column shows how your team is delivering videos:

  • Hosted Link -- Videos uploaded to a tracked landing page and sent as a URL. These give you full view tracking: you'll know when a prospect watches, how much they watched, and what device they used.
  • Native DM -- Videos attached directly as a file in a LinkedIn DM. These play inline in the conversation, which can feel more personal. However, view tracking is not available for DM-attached videos.

The bar chart shows the percentage split between the two methods. A note at the bottom reminds you that view tracking and notifications only work for hosted link delivery.

Campaigns

Under the delivery breakdown, you'll see a list of your active campaigns. Each row shows:

  • The campaign name
  • How many videos have been sent vs. the total number of prospects (e.g., "12/50 sent")
  • The campaign status -- ACTIVE if there are still prospects to contact, COMPLETED if every prospect has been reached

Click any campaign to jump to its detail page.

Recent views

The right column lists the most recent video views. Each row tells you:

  • Who watched -- The prospect's name and company
  • When -- Shown as relative time (e.g., "3h ago" or "2d ago")
  • Watch percentage -- A small progress bar and percentage showing how much of the video they watched
  • Device -- An icon indicating whether they watched on desktop, mobile, or tablet

Click any row to jump to that video's detail page.

If you haven't sent any hosted-link videos yet, you'll see a message prompting you to send one to start tracking engagement.

Tips for using your dashboard

  • Check it daily. A quick glance each morning tells you if prospects are watching your videos and who's most engaged.
  • Watch the Avg Watch % trend. If it drops below 50%, try shorter videos or stronger opening lines.
  • Follow up on high-watch views. If someone watched 80%+ of your video, that's a warm signal. Reach out again while you're top of mind.
  • Use delivery breakdown to guide your method. If you need analytics, send as a hosted link. If you want a more casual feel, attach the video directly.
